IN THE HEART OF THE DOLOMITES: BETWEEN GREATEST CHEFS AND THEIR CREATIONS


Like every year at the Hotel Rosa Alpina, in the heart of the Dolomites, it was held the traditional closing party of the winter season. An evening of fun and good company combined with the excellent food. In this occasion some of the greatest chefs meet at the Relais & Chateaux, playing a variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts passing through the first and/or second, putting more light on their specialties and their style. This year between the stove alternated personality as Norbert Niederkofler (chef de Sant Hubertus), Claudio Sadler (chef de Sadler restaurant), Sebastiano Lombardi (chef de Il Pellicano), Joseph Peter (chef specialized in sushi), and many others.

Scrinzi Franco, as tradition, can not miss this important event, searching for new  food’s  combinations of scents, flavors, colors that these great "artists" can interpret.
